                 1.   The present Petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR No.
                 157/2018 registered under Sections 498A/406/323/34 IPC at PS Malviya
                 Nagar on the basis of the Settlement.                            
                 2.   The respondent No. 2 has not been appearing since the last few dates.
                 3.   The IO has filed the Status Report today along with the statement of
                 the complainant, who has said that she had been made to sign the 
                 Settlement, the contents of which were not known to her.         
                 4.   She submits that she does not want to enter into any compromise with
                 the petitioner and wants them to be punished severely in accordance with
                 law.                                                             
                 5.   In view of the Status Report and the Statement of the Complainant,
                 the present Petition is hereby dismissed.                        
                 6.   The Status Report be taken on Record.                       
                 7.   The Petition is disposed of along with the pending Applications.
