                 1.   Respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that a settlement
                 agreement dated 14.12.2023 has been arrived at between the parties, in terms
                 of which, all the disputes which are subject matter of the present FAO
                 227/2020 have been settled. A copy of the settlement agreement dated
                 14.12.2023, arrived at during the course of mediation, has been placed on
                 record.                                                          
                 2.   Respective counsel for the parties, who are also present in court, jointly
                 submit that the aforesaid settlement agreement has been arrived at out of their
                 own free will and volition and that no outstanding disputes survive between
                 the parties. The parties undertake to remain bound with the terms of the said
                 settlement agreement. The said undertaking is taken on record.   
                 3.   As jointly prayed, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the
                 aforesaid settlement agreement dated 14.12.2023.                 
                 4.   Since the settlement has been arrived at between the parties during the
