               1.   Learned counsel for the appellant seek permission of this Court to
                    withdraw the present criminal appeal with liberty to file afresh petition, if

                    aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.           
               4.   Registry is directed to return the certified copy of all the orders to the
                    appellant after obtaining photocopy of the same.
