1. Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :-
“10.1 It is therefore prayed that, this
Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call
for the entire reocrd of the instant case.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be
pleased to issue a writ in nature of
mandamus whereby to direct to the
respondent No. 2 and No. 3 to regularize
the services of the petitioner from the date
of her appointment i.e. 06.05.1999.

10.3 Any other relief/reliefs, which this
Hon’ble Court may thing fit and proper in
the facts and circumstances of the case,
with cost of the petition, may also please
be granted to the petitioner.”
2. Learned counsel for the petioner submits that raising same grievance,
petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent No.
3 on 16.09.2021 and when no decision has been taken, again
representation was submitted on 18.10.2024. He submits that as
representation is till date pending consideration before the authority
competent to take decision on claim of petitioner, direction be issued
to respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending representation.
3. Learned State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by
learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.
4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for
the respective parties, this writ petition stands disposed of directing
respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending representation in
accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two
months from the date of receipt of this order.
5. With the aforementioned observations and direction, this writ petition
stands disposed of.
