1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for the
following reliefs:-

10.1 That, the impugned order dt. 10.03.2016
(Annexure P-1) passed by the learned DRT,
Jabalpur be quashed for its being in denial of
the petitioner's right to get heard U/S 17(1) of
the SARFAESI Act.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be
pleased to issue an appropriate writ by
quashing the impugned order dated 01.10.2015
(Annexure P-2) passed by the respondent No. 3
including all the recovery proceedings initiated
under the SARFAESI Act be declared as not in
consonance of the provisions of law.
10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to
issue appropriate writ to the respondent bank to
provide to the petitioner/ debtor the complete
records/documents related to his loan account
only to enable him to ascertain his
liabilities/rights correctly before he is made to
repay the loan.
10.4 Any other relief as deemed fit by the
Hon'ble Court.
2. On repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to
prosecute the matter. Since no one is appearing, this Court is left
with no other option but to dismiss the case for want of
prosecution.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of
prosecution.
