1. Heard Mr. Jitendra Gupta, learned Advocate appearing for
the petitioner in CRMP No. 1480/2019 & CRMP No.
1482/2019 and appearing for the respondent No. 2 in CRMP
No. 744/2020, Mr. Ashwin Panickar, learned Advocate
appearing for the petitioner in CRMP No. 2426/2019 & CRMP
No. 744/2020 and appearing for respondent No. 2 in CRMP

No. 1480/2019 & CRMP No. 1482/2019 & Mr. Shangharsh
Pandey, learned G.A. appearing for the State-respondent.
2. In CRMP Nos. 1480/2019 & 1482/2019, the petitioner has
prayed for following relief:-
“That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to
allow the petition and quash the FIR (Annexure P-1)
and direct the Police Station Supela to file the
closure report, in the interest of justice.”
3. In CRMP Nos. 2426/2019 & 744/2020, the petitioner has
prayed for following relief:-
“That, the Hon’ble Court may please to call for the
records of the FIR No. 0434/2019 from Police
Station Supela, District-Durg, C.G. (Annexure P/6)
and may kindly be please to quash and set aside
the FIR and discharge the petitioner from all the
offences and all consequent proceedings may
kindly also be quashed.”
“That, the Hon’ble Court may please to call for the
records of the Criminal Case bearing registration
number RCC/11906/2019 from the Court of the
Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durg, C.G. and
may kindly be please to quash and set aside the
criminal proceedings and discharge the petitioners

from all the offences and all consequent
proceedings .”
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as private
respondents have admitted the facts that the charges have
been framed in all these cases and evidence is being
recorded and the next date fixed for is 09.12.2024.
5. In view of above submission, we do not find any good ground
for interference in the present petitions.
6. Accordingly, all the petitions are dismissed, leaving it open
to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously in
accordance with law.
