                                       Order on Board
                 28.03.2024
                    1. This is the repeat application for grant of bail. The first bail
application i.e. MCRC No.2576 of 2023 was withdrawn with liberty
to repeat after examination of the material witnesses on
                      16.06.2023.
                    2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that
there are total 13 witnesses and out of 13, only two witnesses
have been examined whereas, the applicant is in jail since
12.03.2023. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks
permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However,
she would pray for a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite
                      the trial.
                    3. On the other hand, Mr. Minj, learned Government Advocate
appearing for the State and Mr. Verma, learned counsel appearing
                      for the Objector would oppose.

                                             -2-
                    4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused
                      the case diary.
                    5. Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant is in jail since
12.03.2023 and out of 13 witnesses, only two witnesses have been
examined, without commenting anything on the merits of the case,
the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the
concerned Trial Court is directed to make all endevours to
conclude the trial preferably within a period of four months from the
