              1.   Heard.                                                           
              2.   This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-
              compliance of this Court's order dated 08.01.2024, passed in W.P.(C)  
              No.5232 of 2023.                                                      
              3.   After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to
              give one more  opportunity to the respondent/contemnor to ensure      
              compliance of order dated 08.01.2024, passed by this Court. Therefore,
              petitioner shall make additional representation alongwith copy of this order
              within 10 days from today before the respondent and, in turn, the respondent
              shall ensure compliance of this Court’s order dated 08.01.2024 in its letter
              and spirit expeditiously.                                             
              4.   With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally   
              disposed of.
