3. This MCC has been filed for restoration of the WP(S) No. 5946 of 2019
“Shashikant Rautrai Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others” which was
dismissed on 15.03.2024 for want of prosecution by this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the submission made by counsel for the
petitioner and cause shown in the application with supported by affidavit.
I am inclined to restore the WP(S) No. 5946 of 2019.
5. Accordingly, the prayer for restoration is allowed and the same is
restored in its original number and Registry is also directed to publish the
name of Shri Anukul Biswas in cause list as counsel for the petitioner in
WP(S) No. 5946 of 2019.
6. Accordingly, the instant MCC is allowed.
