                1. Heard.                                                           
                2. Learned Counsel for the applicants/respondents prays for extension of

                  time to comply with order dated 24.01.2024 passed by this Court in Writ
                  Petition (S) No.1748 of 2014.                                     
                3. Earlier, ‘45 days’ time was granted to counsel for the applicants/
                  respondents in MCC  No. 251/2024 to comply with the order on      
                  04.04.2024.                                                       
                4. As further prayed by learned counsel for the applicants/respondents
                  further ‘45 days’ may be extended to comply with the order dated  
                  24.01.2024.                                                       
                5. Upon due consideration, further ‘30 days’ time is extended to counsel for
                  the applicants/respondents to comply with the order dated 24.01.2024 of
                  this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 1748 of 2014.                 
                6. Accordingly the MCC stands disposed of.
