                  Per Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice
                  28 .06.2024
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with
                  the following prayers:
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court
may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set-
aside/quash the impugned order dated 08.12.2020
passed by the learned Session Judge, Bilaspur, CG
and further be pleased to discharge the petitioner
from the charge under Sections 420, 467, 468 of
IPC, in the interest of justice.”
                  2. None appears for the petitioner to press this petition despite
                  repeated calls.
                  3. From the impugned order it transpires that the application

claiming discharge has already been rejected by the trial Court
vide order dated 08.12.2020 (Annexure P-1).
                  4. Mr. Amit Buxy, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the
State/respondent submits that the charges have been framed and
the next date fixed before the trial Court is 08.07.2024.
                  4. Heard counsel for the State and perused the documents on
                  record.
                  5. Since the charges have already been framed and the
matter is now fixed before the Trial Court on 08.07.2024 and that
no interim order appears to be there, we do not find it a fit case to
quash the order dated 08.12.2020 which is under challenge in
this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
                  6. Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned
                  at the earliest.
