                  1. By way of this petition the petitioner is seeking limited prayer to direct
                    the concerned learned Principal Judge, Family Court Durg to decide
                    the application for grant of interim custody of the minor daughter filed in
                    Civil/MJC No.09/2023 (Dr. Arin Bhattacharya Vs. Neha Bhattacharya
                    and anr) in expeditious manner and within stipulated period.    
                  2. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner and nature
                    of pending application, this Court hopes and trusts that the concerned
                    Family Court shall make earnest endeavor to decide the aforesaid
                    application expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from
                    the date of communication/receipt of this order.                
                  3. With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of.
