1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the
following reliefs :-
(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be
pleased to direct the respondent authority to issue
similar order as per similar order dated 05/09/2023

passed in WP(S) No. 6045/2023, in the interest of
justice.
(ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be
pleased to direct the respondent authorities to give
opportunity to correct mention as D.Ed. instead of
wrongly mentioned as B.Ed. in online application
form, within stipulated time, in the interest of justice.
(iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the
facts and circumstances of the case, may also be
granted.
2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
submits that this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to
the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the
respondents/competent authority raising all the grounds as raised
in this writ petition along with the copy of this petition and in turn,
respondents/competent authority may also be directed to
consider and decide the same at the earliest within any specific
period as fixed by this Court.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that they
are having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned
counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. On the basis of the submission made by both the counsel for the
parties, at this stage, without entering into the merits of the case,
this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to
make a detailed representation before the respondents/
competent authority raising all the grounds as raised in this writ

petition along with the copy of this petition within ‘10 days’ from
the date of receipt of copy of this order and on submission of
such representation, the respondents/competent authority is
directed to consider and decide the same within an outer limit of
30 days from the submission of such representation in
accordance with the relevant rules and law applicable to the case
of the petitioner..
