               1.   This CRMP has been preferred under Section 378 (4) of the Code of
                    Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of Special leave to appeal.  
               2.   Heard on admission.                                             
               3.   Admit.                                                          
               4.   The petition being arguable is admitted for hearing.            
               5.   Leave as prayed for by the counsel for the petitioner, is granted.
               6.   In view of the above, the present CRMP stands disposed of.      
               7.   Office is directed to register the case under the head of “Acquittal
                    Appeal”.                                                        

               8.   After registration of regular appeal, issue notice to the respondent on
                    payment of process fee as per rules within 10 days. Notice be made
                    returnable within 6 weeks.                                      
               9.   List the acquittal appeal after service of notice.
