1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this court to
withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 438 of
Cr.P.C. at this stage with liberty to revive the same if exigency so
arises.
2. The prayer seems to be just and proper.

with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
