                1.  This is the first bail application filed by the applicant under Section
                    439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in
                    connection with Crime No. 183/2023 registered at Police Station –
                    Kotwali, District – Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable
                    under Section 294, 324, 341, 394, 506, 435 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal
                    code, 1860 and under Section 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Section
                    435 later on added as mentioned in the impugned order and as per the
                    challan).                                                       
                2.  After arguing for sometime, Learned counsel for the applicant seeks
                    permission of this Court that he may be permitted to withdraw this
                    application at this stage with liberty to repeat the prayer at  
                    appropriate stage.                                              
                3.  In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the

                    applicant, this application is dimisssed as withdrawn with liberty as
                    prayed for.
