               1.   During the course of arguments, learned counsel for petitioner fairly
                    submits that against the order dated 22.08.2023, petitioner is having
                    remedy of appeal U/s. 7 (7) of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972,
                    therefore, he is not pressing this petition on merits. He further submits
                    that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail
        SHUBHAM                                                                     
        DEY         the remedy available under the Act, 1972.
