                1.   The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein,
                     alleging non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 01.10.2021 
                     passed in WPS No. 3747 of 2021.                                
                2.   After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it    
                     appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondent/contemnor to
                     ensure compliance of the order dated 01.10.2021 passed by this 
                     Court.                                                         
                3.   The petitioner is at liberty to file additional fresh representation
                     along with the copy of this order within 15 days from today before
                     the authorities concerned and in turn, the respondent shall ensure
                     the compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.10.2021 within
                     90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Copy of this
                     order be sent to the respondent/contemnor.                     
                4.   With the aforesaid direction, the contempt petition stands finally
                     disposed of.
