                1. The  present appeal filed by the appellants against the          
                   judgment dated 10-05-2002,  passed by the Special Judge,         
                   Raigarh in Special Case No.43/2001.                              
                2. Learned  counsel  for the  appellants  submit  that the          
                   appellants are convicted under Sections 147, 148, 427 of         
                   the IPC  and  sentencing them  only for fine amount   of         
                   Rs.1500/-  for offence  under  Sections  147,  148  and          
                   Rs.500/- for offence under Section 427 of IPC each  and          
                   the said find amount have already been deposited by the

                   appellants. She  further submits  that appellants No.8-          
                   Pardeshi Sahu, No.10-Dayaram   Sahu,  No.13-Kushprasad           
                   Sahu,  No.14-Chamruram     Sahu,  No.15-Mayaram   Sahu           
                   have  passed   away,  hence,  their  appeal  is abated.          
                   Moreover, she  further submits that the appellant No.7-          
                   Sohan  Sahu  has  passed  away  on 18-11-2020   and  his         
                   death certificate has been placed on record. Accordingly,        
                   his appeal is also abated.                                       
                3. Learned counsel for the appellants seek permission of this       
                   Court to withdraw the criminal appeal of appellant Nos.1-        
                   Dhani Ram,  No.2-Kirit Ram, No.3-Reshamlal  Sahu, No.4-          
                   Prahlad  Sahu,  No.5-Bhogilal Sahu,  No.6-Johan   Sahu,          
                   No.9-Phaguram   Sahu,  No.11-Makhanram    Sahu,  No.12-          
                   Munturam   Sahu and No.16-Lavprasad  Sahu.                       
                4. Learned counsel for the State submits no objection.              
                5. In view of above  submission,  permission is granted  to         
                   withdraw the appeal of the appellant Nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,       
                   9, 11, 12 and 16.                                                
                6. Accordingly, the  criminal  appeal  is  disposed  of as          
                   withdrawn.                               SD/-
