             1.   Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar  Jaiswal, learned counsel for the applicant.
                   Also heard Mr. Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing
                   for the non-applicant/State.                                     
             2.   This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order
                   dated 23.12.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (FTC),  
                   Raigarh (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No. 41/2011 arising out of the order
                   dated 23.12.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Raigarh, District
                   Raigarh, in Criminal Case No. 1548/09 whereby the Additional     
                   Sessions Judge (FTC) has affirmed the order passed by the learned
                   Judicial Magistrate, Raigarh, District – Raigarh (C.G.)

                3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been
                  died during the pendency of the case, as such, the revision petition has
                  become  infructuous.                                              
             4.   In view of the above submission, this revision petition is dismissed as
