the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may
be pleased to issue a writ, order or a direction, one
more particularly in the
nature of a "Writ of Mandamus", Declaring the action
of the respondents in
interfering with the Mining Operations of the Petitioner
despite there being
a valid Mining Lease granted to the Petitioner under

' Industries & Commerce Department dated 19.04.2005
and despite the
orders of this Honorable Court passed in W. P. No.
39701 of 2014 dated
29.12.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional,
being in violation of
articles 14 and 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India
and ii. Consequently
direct the Respondents not to interfere with the Mining
Operations during
the validity of the Mining Lease of the Petitioner
without following the Law
and the procedure contemplated under the Mines and
Minerals
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 and the Rules
framed thereunder;
