               direct the Respondents not to interfere with the Mining            
                                                       Operations during          
               the validity of the Mining Lease of the Petitioner                 
                                                 without following the Law        
               and the procedure contemplated under the Mines and                 
                                                             Minerals             
               (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 and the Rules                 
                                                    framed thereunder;
