               The present revision is filed against the order dated 19.06.2019 passed
          in E.P.No.111 of 2014 in O.S.No.805 of 2012, on the file of II Additional Senior
          Civil Judge, Kakinada.                                                  
          2.   When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for both 
          sides submitted that the issue involved in O.S.No.805 of 2012, on the file of 11
          Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, was settled out of Court.      
          3.   In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant
          revision petition and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as
          infructuous.                                                            
          4.   There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications.
          if any, shall stand closed.
