                        This petition is filed under Section 438 of the Criminal

              ■■ procedure Code, 1973 seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the

                petitioner herein/Accused in Crime No.55 of 2024 of Special       
                Enforcement Bureau, Chittoor Urban, registered for the offences   
                punishable under Section 7 read with 8(b)(i) of AP Prohibition Act,
                1995.                                                             
                2.       Sri Aditya Harsha, learned counsel representing Sri Kalyan
                C R, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused has
                already been arrested and thereby petition becomes infructuous.   
                3.       Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as       
                infructuous.                                                      
                 4.      As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in
                 this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
