The Court made the following: ORDER

                           HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE G.NARENDAR
                             WRIT PETITION N0.6468 of 2019
                 ORDER:-
                 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for the
                 Respondents.
                 2. In sum and substance, the case points out to claims and
completing claims of title over certain parcels of land comprised in
various survey numbers. The adjudication of the competing
claims would require material to be placed and evidence to be
appreciated which would be inappropriate for this Court under
                 proceedings of Article 226.
                 3. On the one hand the petitioner is asserting title to the lands
on the ground that the he is the assignee of the lands and the
lands have been granted to him by way of assignment. On the
contrary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land
Acquisition would submit that the lands are Government lands
and were earlier reserved for the purpose of allotment of sites to
the landless poor and later on account of introduction of the Pula
Subbaiah Veligonda Project, the lands were resumed from the
allottees (allottees of sites) and the land is now being put to use
                 for a different purpose.
                 4. It is also canvassed by the learned AGP that in fact certain
third parties had set up claim of title over the lands and in that
view, a compensation has also been paid to third parties.

                                             2
                  5. In the above background, it would be beyond the scope
                                                                  of
Article 226 to conduct an enquiry into competing titles
                                                           and render
                  an opinion.
                  6. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed
                                                                of by
