praying that in
the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith,
the High Court
may
be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction particularly
one in the nature of
Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to calculate
the commutation
amount taking the next date of birth as 59*^ year consequently
directing to
pay the entire amounts due and payable along with interest
@ 12% from the
respective due dates, besides declaring the proceedings
of the respondent
No.5 bearing Lr.No.PAG(A&E)/AP/P12/l/S-2354/SP522/2011-09/488, dated
4.5.2012, so far as it went against the interest of the petitioner, as illegal and
ultra vires to the provisions of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
