Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to
regularize the land adm. 87 Sq.yds remaining out of 607 Sq.yds in Sy. No.
49/1 of Gajuwaka village duly considering the report and recommendations of
the then Tahsildar, Gajuwaka in Re. No. 87/2008/SA, dt.26.2.2013 submitted
to the 2nd respondent - District Collector, Visakhapatnam for regularization by
holding the inaction as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the true spirit of various
Government Orders issued for regularization of Government lands

owned and possessed by petitioner duly considering the recommendations of

to the 2nd respondent District Collector, Visakhapatnam for regularization of
