the Respondent.

ORDER:
1. The present Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 R/w Section
439 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner is Accused No.4 in Crime No.60 of 2024 of
II Town Police Station, Nandyal. The Crime was registered for the offence
punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act, 1985.
2. It is represented by Sri Chilukuri Karthik, learned counsel representing
Sri V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner seeks
permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition, as a regular bail
petition was filed before the concerned Court.

3. Permission is accorded.
4. The Criminal Petition is therefore dismissed, as withdrawn.
As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand
closed.
