ORDER :
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of
seeking anticipatory bail to
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘CrPC’)
petitioner/Accused in Crime No.146 of 2023 of Dhone Rural Police
Station, Nandyal District registered for the offence punishable under
Section 417, 420, 376 (1)(n) of Indian Penal Code.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court
to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to move an application
before the District Court.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with
a liberty to move an application before the District Court.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
