                     This writ petition is of the year, 2013. As there was

                representation on behalf of the petitioner on

                24.01.2024, the matter was directed to be listed today            
                caption ‘for dismissal’.                                          
                     Today, though the matter is listed under the caption ‘for    
                                                                either in         
                dismissal’, there is no representation for the petitioner         
                                                             petitioner is        
                the forenoon or in the afternoon. It appears that the             
                not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
