                Smt. S. Siva Kumari, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the
           bills of the petitioner have been cleared.                             
                Though the matter was posted for verification, the learned counsel for the
           petitioner is unable to obtain instructions from the petitioner.       
                In the circumstances, the Contempt Case is closed on the basis of the
           submission made by Smt. Siva Kumari, learned counsel for the respondents.
           However, it would be open to the petitioner to revive the Contempt Case, in the

          event of non-payment of the bills of the petitioner. There shall be no order as to
          costs.                                                                  
               As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
