ORDER :
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking
quashment of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.200 of 2018 on the file
of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Penukonda.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, would submit that no further orders
are required in this matter, since the main case was abated against the

accused before the trial Court on 25.11.2024 and the petition may be
disposed of.
3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the
State/Respondent No.1 is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as abated.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand
closed.
