ORDER :
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking
quashment of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.24 of 2018 on the file of
the Court of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has
become infructuous, since the case was ended in acquittal before the trial
Court on 26.12.2022 and petition may be disposed of.

3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor
representing the State/Respondent No.1 is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as relief has
become infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand
closed.
