This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused,
under Section
438 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’),
seeking anticipatory bail
in Crime No.403 of 2021 of SEB Police Station, Narsipatnam, Visakahapatnam

District, for the offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(c)
read with 8(c) of the Narcotic
Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short

withdraw the Criminal Petition and learned counsel
endorsed the same on the
petition.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecution is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
