circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith,
the High Court may be
pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly
one in the nature of
Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents
police particularly 3rd
respondent in not showing the 4th respondent as accused
in FIR No. 91/2017
on
the file of the 3rd respondent police basing on the
representations of the
petitioner dated 02.05.2017 is illegal, arbitrary and
against the principles of
natural justice and also violative of Articles 14,
19 & 21 of Constitution of India
and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to include
the name of the 4th
respondent \rv FIR No. 91/2017 in the interest of justice
