                    Today when  the matter is taken up for hearing, none          
               appeared for the petitioner. On an earlier occasion also, there    
               was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either personally
               or through any advocate. It seems that the petitioner is not       
               interested in prosecuting the case.                                
               2.   Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non             
               prosecution.                                                       
                    There shall be no order as to costs.
