             The present writ petition is with regard to the NIT dated 30.05.2019 for
        settlement of various markets for the period from 01.07.2019 to 30.06.2020. 
             Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the P&RD and Mr. F. U. Barbhuiya,    
        learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 as well as Mr. R. S. Ronghang, learned
        counsel for the respondent No. 3 submit that the writ petition has become   
        infructuous.                                                                
             Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
