Heard Mrs. S.D. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.
R.R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state of Assam.
2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-
arrest bail to the petitioner, Tanzim Ahmed Choudhury in respect of Patharkandi P.S. Case No.
235/2024
3. Pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 30.09.2024, the petitioner has

appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with the investigation.
4. For the aforesaid reasons, the present petitioner does not deserve to be detained in
custody. Therefore, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the interim order passed in favour of the petitioner on 30.09.2024 is
hereby made absolute.
6. Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of.
The CD shall be returned.
