Heard Mr. S. Hoque, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. J. K.
Goswami, learned Addl. Sr. Govt. Advocate, Assam appearing for the
respondent No.1. None has appeared for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 although
the name of learned Standing Counsel, PCBA is duly shown in the Cause List.
This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to correct the address of the respondent
Nos.4 and 5 for want of which notice could not be served upon them earlier.
Mr. Goswami submits that he has no instruction to oppose the prayer made in
the I.A.
In view of the above and considering the statements made in the application,
this Court is inclined to allow the same. Therefore, the prayer made in this I.A.
stands allowed.
