This is an application filed by the applicant seeking leave of the Court to
implead the opposite party Nos. 6 and 7 to the instant application as respondent
No. 6 and 7 to the accompanying writ petition.
2. The respondents have not objected to the said application.
3. Accordingly, this Court arrays the opposite party Nos. 6 and 7 to the

instant appliation as the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 to the accompanying writ
petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to file
a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days
from today and on the basis thereof, the Registry shall make necessary changes
in the Cause Title of the accompanying writ petition and also update the same
in the CIS.
5. In view of the above the I.A. stands allowed.
