                  Mr. G. Alam, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in
             view of the fact that the learned Trial Court has already decided that the

             Trial Court did not have the jurisdiction, nothing further remains in the
             instant proceedings. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner
             submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant proceedings.  
             2.   Taking into account the above, the instant proceedings stands closed
             on withdrawal.
