        Heard Ms. M Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. P Bhattacharjee,
        learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3.                         
        This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condoning the delay
        of 116 days in preferring the appeal.                                       
        Ms. Bhattacharjee has fairly submitted that she has no objection if the delay is condoned.
        Accordingly, the delay of 116 days in preferring the connected appeal is condoned. The connected
        MAC Appeal shall be registered and placed before the next Lok Adalat.       
        The Misc. Case stands disposed of.
