The applicant preferred the aforesaid anticipatory bail
application apprehending arrest under sections 120B/379/420/468/471
IPC. This court under its order dated 29.05.2024 disposed of the
aforesaid bail application, with a direction amongst others, to the
present applicant, to appear before the I/O within a period of 10 days
from 29.05.2024.
The learned counsel for the applicant contends that the
applicant could not appear before the I/O within the stipulated period

applicant had to travel 250 kms from his place of residence to the
police station.
The learned Addl. PP submits that he has no instructions to
file any objection in this petition.
Considering the matter in entirety and also considering the
explanation given, this court is of the view that the time be extended
for further ten days from today i.e., the applicant to appear before the
th
I.O in terms of the order of this court dated 29.05.2024 within 8 July,
