        Date : 28-06-2024

heard Mr. K.K. Parashar, learned Addl. PP, Assam.
By this application the applicant, namely, Md. Farid Ahmed
has prayed for extension of time to appear before the Investigating
Officer as per the direction of this court dated 29.05.2024 in AB
             No.551/2024.

                                                                   Page No.# 2/2
The applicant preferred the aforesaid anticipatory bail
application apprehending arrest under sections 120B/379/420/468/471
