                         Mr. A. Zhimomi, the learned counsel for the petitioner   
                     submits that in view  of the settlement arrived at on        
                     18.11.2023 and the declaration made on 07.05.2022, nothing   
                     further survives in the instant writ petition to be adjudicated.
                     2.   Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition
                     therefore stands closed.                                     
                     3.   The  interim order passed on 08.10.2023 no longer       
                     survives as the parties shall now be regulated as per the    
                     settlement.
