This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail by the
petitioner, namely, Hemanta Chowdhory, in connection with Laluk P.S. Case
No. 210/2023, registered under Section 448/376/511 IPC r/w Section 8 of
POCSO Act.
Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this
case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No.165/2023 dated
30.11.2023.
In view of above, the present petition is disposed of. The petitioner may
approach before the trial court seeking regular bail and if any bail application is
filed, the same will be considered by the learned trial court in accordance with
law.
