Heard Mr. M.H.Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr.
R.J.Baruah, learned Addl. P.P., Assam for the State respondent.
It is submitted by Mr. R.J.Baruah, learned Addl. P.P., that charge-sheet has been
submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 58/24, dated 08.04.2024 in connection with Rupahihat
P.S. Case No. 20/2024.
In view of the above, the bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the
petitioners to apply for regular bail before the learned trial court, if so advised. If such bail
application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
This disposes of the bail application.
