1. Post-bail misconduct is the ground canvassed for the
cancellation of bail granted by the jurisdictional Court.
2. Two complaints were lodged by the petitioner subsequent
to the bail granted to the private opposite party.
3. We called for a report from the police with regard to such
case by our order dated September 24, 2024.
4. Report submitted in Court be taken on record.
5. Report states that, the first complaint post-grant of bail
was registered as First Information Report and that, police
are yet to conclude the investigation.
6. As on date, police did not come across anything material.
7. The second police complaint was registered as a general
diary.

8. Police enquired into such complaint and did not find any
CCTV footage or any witness with regard to the incident
as claimed by the petitioner including the Branch
Manager of the bank at which, the petitioner works.
9. Post-bail misconduct not being established, we are not
minded to interfere with the order granting bail by the
jurisdictional Court.
10. CRM (DB) 208 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as
to costs.
