                                       1.    The appeal is more than 32 years old.  
                                       2.    None appears on behalf of the parties  
                                 in an old appeal today.                            
                                       3.    No accommodation is prayed for.        
                                       4.    It seems  to this Court  that the      
                                 appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
                                       5.    Accordingly, the instant appeal shall  
                                 stand  dismissed for default. Consequently, all    
                                 connected applications, if any, shall also stand   
                                 dismissed.                                         
                                       6.    Interim order, if any, shall stand     
                                 vacated.                                           
                                       7.    There shall be no order as to costs.   
                                       8.    Let the T.C.R., if any, be returned to 
                                 the court below.                                   
                                       9.    The Registry shall communicate this    
                                 order to the Court below.                          
                                       10.   All parties shall act on the server copy
                                 of this order duly downloaded from the official website
                                 of this Court.
