                              1.   The                                              
                                       petitioner’s grievance is in respect of      
                                   inaction on the part of the respondent no.3      
                                   regarding grant of higher scale of pay to        
                                   him.  In this regard he has filed a written      
                                   representation before the authority on 26th      
                                   August, 2024.                                    
                              2.   It is found expedient that the writ petition be  
                                   disposed of by directing the respondent no.3     
                                   to consider and decide upon the petiti           
                                                                   oner’s           
                                   representation dated 26th August, 2024 by        
                                   dint of a reasoned order, upon granting          
                                   opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and     
                                   any other person/persons as he may deem          
                                   fit and proper.                                  
                              3.   Let the exercise as above be concluded by        
                                   the respondent no.3 within a period of 4

                                   weeks from the date of communication of a        
                                   copy of this order.                              
                              4.   The writ petition is disposed of.                
                              5.   All parties shall act on the basis of the        
                                   server copy of this order.
