                               1.  The petitioner is aggrieved that inspite of serving for more
                               than eleven years in the respondent school, his service was not
                               approved by the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary
                               Education), South 24-Parganas. To that effect and for redressal
                               of his grievance he has submitted a written prayer vide his letter
                               dated 07.10.2022. The same is yet to be considered by the said
                               respondent- District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education),
                               South 24-Parganas.                                   
                               2.  The State is obviously opposing the prayer of the petitioner
                               on the ground that regarding approval the respondent is duty
                               bound under the provisions of the School Service Commission
                               Act, 1997, to follow the provisions thereof.         
                               3.  Considering all as above, this Court is inclined to direct the
                               respondent-District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education),
                               South 24-Parganas to consider and dispose of the petition
                                                                            er’s    
                               prayer vide his letter dated 07.10.2024. In doing so, it shall afford
                               opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the school and any
                               other authority or person as he thinks fit and proper. He shall
                               also take into consideration the relevant provisions of law or
                               judicial verdicts as referred to before it by the petitioner or any

                               other parties. It shall dispose of the said prayer of the petitioner
                               by a reasoned order, within a maximum period of four weeks
                               from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.    
                               4.  The writ petition is disposed of.                
                               5.  There shall be no order as to costs.             
                               6.  All parties shall act on a server copy of this order duly
