                               1.  The petitioner is aggrieved being not approved as a Group-
                               D staff of the respondent school where he has been working
                               since 2016. He has expressed his grievance as above to the
                               District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), 
                               Murshidabad vide a letter dated 24.08.2024. The same is yet to
                               be considered by the said respondent.                
                               2.  The respondents are represented. Learned Advocate
                               appearing for the State had indicated that after promulgation of
                               the West Bengal School Service Commission Act, 1997, the
                               petitioner’s prayer may not be a legible one.        
                               3.  Considering the entire as above, the present writ petition is
                               being disposed of directing the respondent- District Inspector of
                               Schools (Secondary Education), Murshidabad to consider and
                               decide upon the petitioner’s representation dated 24.08.2024. In
                               doing so, said respondent shall afford opportunity of hearing to
                               the petitioner and the school authority and also consider relevant
                               documents as produced by them.                       
                               4.  The entire exercise as above shall be concluded by the
                               respondent- District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education),

                               Murshidabad within a period of four weeks from the date of
                               communication of this order.                         
                               5.  There shall be no order as to costs.             
                               6.  All parties shall act on a server copy of this order duly
                                                    website                         
                               downloaded from the official of this Court.
