the heading ‘To Be Mentioned’ for correction of the
order dated 18th November, 2024.
2. The case number recorded in the order sheet
has been wrongly mentioned as WPA 29125 of 2024.
The same ought to be read as WPA 29125 of 2023.
3. The order dated 18th November, 2024 is
corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said
order will remain unaltered.
4. The department is directed to carry out the
necessary correction at once.
5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order
be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as
possible.
